The NWSDB Self Care App has been designed to make it easier for customers to get useful information concerning their water service accounts. Customers can view information about their past and present bills and payment history using this app, as well as check the accuracy of bill calculations, view the status of complaints, view information about water service interruptions, and perform a number of other tasks. Additionally, this app has sections where you can easily file complaints, manage multiple accounts, and get notifications when water service is interrupted.
The National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) is the government agency in charge of giving Sri Lankans access to clean water and facilitating the construction of sanitary facilities.
